Finding Balance Together: Advancing Women Through MWLC Working Groups

Lately, it can feel like the world is spinning faster than we can keep up, leaving many of us with a sense of lost control. In moments like these, finding balance, joy, and connection can feel almost impossible. That is where the Mortgage Women Leadership Council comes in. Together, we create a space to reconnect with ourselves, our purpose, and with each other.

Diving deeper into how we can advance the council, create new opportunities for women, and contribute in any way we can to making the world a better place gives me a sense of comfort and purpose. Even when the world feels disjointed, our collective efforts matter. Every connection we make, every idea we share, and every step we take to uplift others brings a grounding sense of equilibrium and community.

I am especially excited to introduce our new continuous working group series, beginning with the Mortgage Ops Exchange hosted by Kelly Hendricks, SVP at Delmar Mortgage and Managing Editor of Mortgage Women magazine, and Elizabeth Mix, VP Warehouse Lending at Western Alliance Bank. These sessions are designed to foster collaboration, spark new ideas, and provide practical ways to support one another as we navigate the challenges of our industry and beyond.
