Part 2 of the Unfiltered Women series continues this two-part, open-to-all conversation with an honest look at responsibility, financial pressure, and the often invisible weight women carry in their careers.
While ambition is part of the story, for many women, work is also deeply tied to responsibility—being the primary breadwinner, a key contributor, or someone others rely on. That reality can shape decisions, limit risk-taking, and create pressure that rarely gets talked about openly.
In this candid session, we’ll explore how responsibility impacts the way women show up at work, from feeling like there’s less room to fail—or even pause—to making career choices rooted more in obligation than desire. We’ll also dig into what meaningful support actually looks like, and what’s missing today.
As part of the Unfiltered Women series, this session builds on Part 1 and continues to create space for real, unfiltered dialogue. Together, these conversations serve as a precursor to the Workplace Support Group launching August 26th—designed to foster a more supportive, transparent community for women navigating the realities of their careers.
