Part 1 of the Unfiltered Women series kicks off this two-part, open-to-all conversation with a deeper look at the connection between career and identity. Titled “Career as Identity: Staying True to Yourself Through Every Season,” this May session goes beyond titles, promotions, and policies to explore a more foundational question: why your career matters to you in the first place.
This candid discussion centers on ambition, self-perception, and the pressure many women feel to justify success or shrink parts of themselves to “balance it all.” Together, we’ll unpack questions like when that pressure begins, what parts of your work make you feel most like yourself, and what it would look like to fully own your career—without apology.
As part of the Unfiltered Women series, this session is designed to create space for honest dialogue and shared experiences. It also serves as a precursor to the Workplace Support Group launching August 26th—helping shape a more open, supportive community from the ground up.
